As our products are made with dried, preserved or artificial flowers there's no need to water them, the flowers are already dead, but there are still a couple of tips on how to care for your flowers and get the most out of them.

- keep them out of constant direct sunlight, moisture , heat or strong wind.

- some flowers are delicate and may fall off over time, try to keep them away from little hands or paws.

- gently dust them using a soft makeup brush or duster.


Most products are made to order once order is placed. Please allow production time with every order, and extra production time during busy periods, Mothers day, Christmas etc...Every order is extremely important to me and I will do my very best to have them made as quickly as possible but also please remember they are all handmade and do take time. Production will vary on each product but allow at least 1 week + , so when possible please place your order as early as you can and if you do have a last minute order or need it urgently please contact me before placing your order and I will do my very best. In stock and ready made items will be dispatched asap but still allow 1-3 days.

If your order is a remake from one of the designs listed , please allow slight differs to each arrangement/product due to being hand made but also flower availability, if I am out of stock of an exact flower I will replace with the closest style I have in stock while still creating a beautiful piece for you. If I do not have something similar to replace it with without changing the whole overall look/design of the product I will contact you via email to discuss other options.



In stock & ready made products will be shipped asap but allow 1-3 days, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Made to order products - please allow anywhere from 1-2 weeks.

All posted items will be sent via Australia Post, please track your order through Australia Post website.

All products will be packed as best as possible to protect any delicate items. Including, bubble wrap, air bags and fragile tape on box/parcel to inform delivery driver to take care , but unfortunately once your order has been handed over to Australia Post it is out of my control and any damages or broken products may not be able to be replaced, if you are local I do recommend selecting the pick up option to assure your order is received in perfect condition.

Unfortunately I do not ship/post my large wall pieces/installations or large vase arrangements. They are only available for pick up.

PICK UP - Local pick up is available, I am located at North Avoca on the central coast, NSW Australia.

If you select this option at checkout I will contact you via email once your order is ready, to confirm pick up day/time. I kindly ask that you do not arrive to collect your order , without first receiving confirmation from myself and a pick up time arranged. I am also a busy mum of 2 beautiful children and 2 step children, so I am not always home and do not want to disappoint you if you turn up to collect your order and no one is here, or your order is not finished. I do work from home and not a shop front so I am not home 24/7 but I am happy for you to collect your pick up orders outside of normal business hours, this will be organised and confirmed once you have been notified that your order is finished and ready to collect.


Unfortunately I do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, please choose carefully when placing your order.

Refunds will ONLY be made if product is out of stock and order is unable to be fulfilled.
